WARRANTY & REPAIR

 Warranty Policy

Every new device includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through www.carerspark.com, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

End-user warranty policies

The product has one year manufacturer’s warranty.

The defect covers under this warranty policies are:-

1. Defect in electric charging

a. Problem with the adapter (only charging adapter is repaired/replaced)

b. Charging problem in the device (whole product is repaired/replaced)

2. Not functioning as described

a. Flash lamp defect

The majority of our laser hair removal products have a changeable lamp and it will be repaired/replaced if it has any functioning complaint before the provided flash finishes

b. Device defects

The whole device will be repaired/replaced within the limited time warranty

All other complaints raised due to the harsh handling or any other manually caused damage is excluded from the warranty.

Return Policy

CarerSpark's products can be returned within 30-days of purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Based on the 30-days return policy, please note that your products may be rejected for a refund if it does not meet these requirements below:
● You have already contacted Carer Spark team.
● The products must follow return packaging requirement
● For non-quality related return, you are responsible for shipping costs

Once we receive the products and test its intactness by Carer Spark Quality Control Dept, we will refund the full purchase price.

Quality-Related Issues
Please contact us via email at support@carerspark.com with the following information about the products:

● Order number
● Proof of purchase
● Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

We will respond quickly to solve the product issues for you or with instructions on how to return products from your order. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if the products are a result of our error (you received an incorrect product or damaged product during shipping, etc.).

How to Return Products
After confirming with you, we will provide a return shipping label. Products should be returned based on the return packaging policy. Please note that there is no restocking fee for returning products.

Return Packaging Requirement
● The products must be in the original packaging and include all accessories.
● The products must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.

Shipping costs must be responsible by you for the following situations
● Non-quality related returns.
● Buyers' Accidental returns.
● Returning products profess to have defects but tested by Carer Spark Quality Control Dept to be in working condition.

We are only able to issue refunds for CarerSpark products purchased directly from www.carerspark.com. If purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

For all refunds and returns, the serial number and proof of purchase are required. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
