How to Use Heating and Cooling Beauty Device?
1. Long press for 4 seconds to turn on the machine, it is in mode 1, you can use mode 1 to help the absorption of nutrition.
2. Press the button to change to mode 2, to shrink pore and tighten skin.
3. Press the button again, change to mode 3, to nurse eyes, remove wrinkles and fine lines.
AUTO-OFF in 10 minutes, please long press button again, if you need to continue to use.
Do not use water to clean the equipment, use dry cloth to clean it.

For orders over US$69, shipping within the US is free.
For orders under US$69, shipping within the US is US$10.

Expedited shipping is available within the USA only for $25. Expedited orders will be shipped with expected delivery time of 3~5 weekdays for the continental US.

Expedited Shipping

We guarantee transit times for expedited shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: expedited shipping orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Standard shipping cost depends on product weight. Express shipping cost is $25 generally. Please refer to a real-time shipping quote shipping cost upon checkout.

Warranty Policy
Every new device includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through www.carerspark.com, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.
End-user warranty policies
The product has one year manufacturer’s warranty.
The defect covers under this warranty policies are:-
1. Defect in electric charging
a. Problem with the adapter (only charging adapter is repaired/replaced)
b. Charging problem in the device (whole product is repaired/replaced)
2. Not functioning as described
a. Flash lamp defect
The majority of our laser hair removal products have a changeable lamp and it will be repaired/replaced if it has any functioning complaint before the provided flash finishes
b. Device defects
The whole device will be repaired/replaced within the limited time warranty
All other complaints raised due to the harsh handling or any other manually caused damage is excluded from the warranty.
Return Policy
CarerSpark's products can be returned within 30-days of purchase.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Based on the 30-days return policy, please note that your products may be rejected for a refund if it does not meet these requirements below:

How to Return Products
After confirming with you, we will provide a return shipping label. Products should be returned based on the return packaging policy. Please note that there is no restocking fee for returning products.

For all refunds and returns, the serial number and proof of purchase are required. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
