How to Use Automatic Hair Curler?
1. Please keep your hair clean and dry.
2. Do not touch the heating barrel when heating up the equipment.
3. Best to keep the curler winding hair for 10-20 seconds to achieve best results.
4. Please only put hair on ONE side of the curler barrel. Do Not put hair on Both sides at the same time.
5. If hair is stuck in the slot, just press the opposite button, and then it will rotate in opposite direction to release your hair.
6. When heating the curler, please place the curler on a heat-resistant, stable surface and keep away from flammable materials to avoid accidents.
Our hair curler is not supposed to work on hair that is too short.
After choosing suitable temperature,start curling when the indicator light stops flashing.
Press the start button and then it will start to wind hair. When the curler stops winding hair, release the button but don't release your hair, until you hear beeps.
Warm Tips:
Please use the hair curler in the correct way.
Please do not use the curling iron with wet hands.
Please take a small amount of hair for curling at a time.
This curler will stop work to prevent the hair from being tangled if there is too much hair.
It is best to warm up the device for 30s before using it.
There is no timing setting for this automatic curling iron.

For orders under US$69, shipping within the US is US$10.

Expedited shipping is available within the USA only for $25. Expedited orders will be shipped with expected delivery time of 3~5 weekdays for the continental US.

Expedited Shipping orders ship the same day if received by 9 AM PST. Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days or federal holidays. We guarantee transit times for expedited shipping methods except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses. Please note: expedited shipping orders may require a signature upon delivery.

 Warranty Policy

Every new device includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

End-user warranty policies

The product has one year manufacturer’s warranty.

The defect covers under this warranty policies are:-

2. Not functioning as described

a. Flash lamp defect

The majority of our laser hair removal products have a changeable lamp and it will be repaired/replaced if it has any functioning complaint before the provided flash finishes

b. Device defects

The whole device will be repaired/replaced within the limited time warranty

All other complaints raised due to the harsh handling or any other manually caused damage is excluded from the warranty.

Return Policy

CarerSpark's products can be returned within 30-days of purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
